This paper is mainly concerned with the Xiongshili, maYifu, Mouzongsan, xufuguan,four New-Confucianism Thought on Music and sort out , through the reading of the 20th century New-Confucianism works on, I found all of them has a deep and unique understanding on of Chinese traditional music , however in Music field has been seldom research on it. This paper is based on the generally philosophy and specialized chapters on music of the four New-Confucianism, trying to study the this particular period (in 20th century) thought of New Confucianism Music from the perspective of Musical aesthetics. Through analysis and research, we think that:Xiong demonstrates the relation of《Yue Ji》and《Yue Jing》from literature demonstration and consider《Yue Ji》as《Yue Jing》; Mayifu based on the Chinese culture and even human culture, in a high degree of discussion of ma demonstrate its "Six Arts" and Li Yue of "filial piety";Xufuguan makes"the modern explain"on " the governance of Li and Yue is the eternal nostalgia of Confucian in political "; Mou compares the music aesthetics viewpoint of Kang and Ruan in his writing《CaiXing and Xuanli》and consider Ruan's theory is about "the life of classical Li Yue" as metaphysical; Ji Kang is the ture art aesthetics. On the basis to compare the similarities and differences of their musical viewpoints and estimate.Specifically, this paper should be research in the following aspects: a .20 century New-Confucianism academic thinking (life and experience, achievement areas, the basic idea); b. the 20th century New-Confucianism's understanding -- interpretation; c. the 20th century New- Confucianism concept of similarities and differences and the estimate. And tried to introduce ancient Chinese and modern Western hermeneutics knowledge, spy on what they stand a position, in what way to interpret of the classical writings.The author believes that four Confucianism are not learn music, but have profound and unique understandings on music, and the researches on music are the integral part of the academic thinking. Four New-Confucianism's understanding about music is based on the universe,mankind,life and give perspective to spiritual contemplation music, its rise as a high-level Philosophy. From the perspective of their culture, the spirit of Chinese art and Chinese music, traditional music research,inheritance,open at the same time, re-excavated and filled with modern values, to highlight the music of the spirit of its present time.
