The network technology in information age is a double-blade sword. Nowadays, the ethic problem in computer network is becoming prominent; the construction of network ethic is of vital importance to the development of the society and the progress of human beings. This paper, guided by Marxist theory and starting from the historical reviews, fully discusses the social background, theoretical source and realistic basis of the network ethic problem as well as its impact on ethic conceptions and ethic behaviors and gives a deep analysis from the angles of technological environment, social environment and psychological environment, advancing the countermeasures to reinforce the ethic construction of computer network, in anticipation of promoting the healthy development of network, the civilization and progress of society as well as the complete and harmonious development of human beings.
