This paper is aiming at providing a new kind of semantic framework, whose assumption is the noun-attribution-centered conception. To gain this, we have to appreciate the re-classification of part of speech, which, in our system, has three basic categories: nouns, attributions and relations. To form a sentence, these categories belong to different levels. Nouns and attributions are the first level, whereas verb-relations the second and particle-relations the third, respectively. This paper has described such a noun-attribution-centered semantic system with seven may categories, whose principles are "the number of focused nouns" and "the relation between focused nouns and the other part of the sentence". The concepts of "prototype" and "continuum" are well realized here.Such a semantic framework can explain the continuum reflected in Chinese sentences better, and it can also contribute to the teaching of Chinese as a second language.
