First, we introduce market order's general theory with analyze the present conditions of our country's market order, define the fundamental concept of market order, that is the main body of market defer to the rule of market, emphasize the importance of market order's control, illustrate the object (the behavior of market main body) and method of market control. On this basic, the second part put forward a standpoint, that is, ethic, especially economic ethics is one of the main method of market order control, define the concept of economic ethic, that is all of value idea, ethic rule and morality spirit which produce from economic action at the same time restricting and adjusting main body's action and relation. And then, the paper analyzes the necessity and the possibility of economic ethics toward market order control. In the third part, the article illustrates the direct and indirect effect of economic ethics toward market order control, and tries to explore the method that economic ethics control main body's action through self-discipline and exterior-discipline.
