Globalization should be a process of diverse things, which involves politics, economy and culture, etc. The full development of human being is the kernel and aim of globalization. The best form of the fulfillments of globalization is the alliance of humans who have full freedom. Globalization affects the full development of human being in two hands. On one hand, it has been overcoming the limitations, which come from the nature characters and the social characters of human being, and creates conditions propitious to the full development of human being. On the other hand, the ecological crisis, the mental crisis and the mental alienations of human being which comes with globalization made hindrances and negative influence to the full development of human being. At the same time, the full development of human being affects the process of globalization too. On one hand, the limitations of each individual hinder the globalization from developing fast. On the other hand, the enhancement of the individual abilities and association-practice abilities has improved the development of globalization in a accelerated way. It has been a difficult historic problem worth of study that how to approach the aim of the full development of human being under the circumstance of globalization. China as a socialistic country faced with the opportunities and the risks of globalization must take positive measures to cope with it and must insists on the strategy which emphasizes human being.
