In recent years, peer's effect is paid attention by more and more people, as increasing of research aad mothers employment. Peer relationship is not only an important background of children develop social competent, but also a headspring of children get social supports and sense of safety, and satisfy social needs. The development of self-concept and personality are benefit from experience of contact among peers. It is meaningful to theory and practice that the research of improvement children's bad peer relationship.The researcher tries to transplant family systemic therapy to educational environment and using these methods to improve bad peer relationships of children, and testify these methods' general applicability.The researcher operates systemic examination to testee children, teachers, and other students of three classes of different grades during one term. It change class environment of bad peer relationshipchildren, reform their everyday behavior, alter their attitude to themselves, others, class, finally increasing their peer relationship.The researcher gets use of quantity and quality estimate, process and other estimate, and case study methods multi-demission assessing outcomes. As result, this method is more effective to higher grades' students.This treatise discusses the issues as following:1. The similarity between family and class is an important base for transplanting family systemic therapy.2. Some methods and skills of family systemic therapy are effective to transfer problem communication mode among class, and build up new mode.3. Teachers, characters of different grades children development and the degree of researcher handle of different language style to children all influence effect of research.
