Abstract: As an important part of the life process, death is the problem that everyone must face as soon as they come down. But because of its end and a certain degree ascend of mystery, from the thou up to now people get around in the dint diagram, people do not wish it. At the first half year of 2003, SARS virus, this come suddenly to without remorse indulge in atrocities on the Chinese earth, someone is at the shudder, someone at the orison, someone at the elusion. What they scare for? What they escape ? The thing everybody is afraid of directly is SARS, substance is death, is the end of the frightened life. However death again is the problem which have to face, problems caused of it becoming more and more, it more and more become the perfect and important aspect of development, ego of cognition, ego of person ego. Just at this base, I begin to study the end of life.My article is detached three parts. The first one discuss that ethics' base point of view about death. This is my jumping-off place and premise to investigate death problems in moral. The second part studies the baffle in death, which opened out by euthanasia and criterion of death. It includes the puzzles in person's attitude to their own death and their choice on death fashion, the problems in people's duty to others' death, the contradictions in people's choice of behalf. The author's aim to unclose the problems one by one is to settle it, surpass it. But Bioethics can't uses only one theory or way to the settlement, mobilizes every social strength to set up social moral system. This is my central content in part three. The core and masterstroke of this system is advocating independent life conception. That is to let patients specially the men on their last legs participate in decision-making on medical treatment, in this way, they could choose their own fashion and time of death. To get to this, the fist step is to conquer the dread and escape to death, build up scientific death conception, envisage the end. It exists inside and decides the central of consciousness. At the same time, we must advance ulteriorly healers' moral responsibility, strengthen supervise, consummate legislation, induct public opinion, carry through life education, to dream up the convenient exterior condition to assure sufferers solely making their own decision. As a result, through we pooling the wisdom and efforts of everyone, realizes the deep-seated life independence, the supreme pursuing.
