Cultural Analysis Of The Role Of Technological Innovation Mechanism

At present, the international technique trade develops quickly, the scale is bigger and bigger. Technique innovation is an important part of the technique trade and the key factor of its healthy development. But the research mainly stays on the economics realm and focus on the technique innovation mechanism of enterprises. The thesis brings some theories for technique and culture studies into the research of international technique trade, and build up the "technique indraught—culture" system in technique trade. With this understanding, concentrative analysis is given to the research on the role of culture to technique innovation mechanism and its revelation to the development of technique trade.In this thesis, we combine theoretic study with empirical analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The theories aspect: on the basis of a great deal of collecting of the domestic and international related materials, the thesis describes the meaning and demarcation of technique innovation mechanism scientifically; on the foundation of description and analysis to correlative theories, the thesis brings some theories coming from other fields (sociology, philosophy, etc) into the research of technique innovation, combine them with theories on technique trade, then establish the "technique indraught—culture "system and put forward the thought that cultural factors can promote the development of technique innovation. The empirical analysis aspect: first the thesisanalyzes macroscopically the roles of culture on technique innovation through statistic data analysis of China and west on the technique results, then build up the evaluating indicator system of the technique innovation mechanism and the culture system. Finally, the thesis carries on empirical research making use of the evaluation system.Finally, the conclusion is as followings: the cultural factors have important influence to technique innovation mechanism. In order to build up a three-dimensional and lasting system for technique innovation, it is necessary that a culture system advantageous to the innovation must be established first. And the cultural factors influence the healthy development of international technique trade, too. Assimilation and re-innovation of transferred technique need compatible cultural surroundings.
