Currently, China is placed in the deep society change, the social structure, social worth mindset appeared many varieties and adjustment. It requests the administrative dept. to even have the intelligence of control or the guided , to be concerned with now, and to full respect society of cultural choice.It's more realistic meaning to discuss the religious problem of socialism from the history angle to concern the living of Catholic.Scalors have always been paid attention to the research of the Catholics,their studying are following three aspects:one is the Catholic dissemination history,two is the history of the Catholic,three is the conflict of different culture between China and the west.Because the more studying were paid attention to the total history without the background of district, in their researches they lacked of concerning the first floor people and the importance of the investigation and society change which was back of it.According to above shortage of current study, this thesis selects Fuan as the research object, by the method combined with the cultural heritage and the investigation, taking the relation of the Catholic and social change as to correspond the point, talking about the beginning,the change and the current situation of Catholic in Fuan, to explain that the religion is a kind of symbol of culture and it is civil and it is beyond the politics. Is has the grain of itself internality, though it has affected by the politics, not perished along with the substituted political power. The authorities must deeply realize the inside relation of the culture and the community development, so that they can guide it correctly. Depend on this, they can build the reasonable construction and the harmonious social to promote the inside potential of culture creation and create the culture which suits the social demand.
