It's a land system which is issued by its governor in the early years of Xi' Han Dynasty, which is based on rank of nobility under the prerequisite of registering for a household residence card and award the corresponding land and residence according to the level of the rank of nobility, and whose vitality is maintained for a long time by a kind of inheriting relationship.
