Value Associated With Cleft Lip And Palate Patients Voice Standards

Cleft palate is the current common oral diseases. Occur in newborns, is a congenital deformation. With the growth of age, their main obstacle to the existence of language voice of pronunciation, has affected their lives and psychological conditions. Now widely used series of domestic medical treatment, and speech therapy through to the correct voice.This paper provides an overview of the current cleft palate patients rehabilitation therapy, speech therapy. This paper has mainly taken the form at normal voice experimental data.Sample selected from the five normal boys and girls of kindergarten which have better Mandarin pronunciation of. Through computer recording, and then use voice analysis software "Praat" to test and record,including length, intensity of consonant and vowel, the first, second and third formant of vowel, tone and VOT, These values are then used statistical knowledge to do statistical sampling, including AVERAGE,VAR and STDE. Result:The results of our study is reliable and the data is helpful to cure the patient.Conlusion:Through data analysis comparison of the normal children and patients, and then get to the feasure of vowel and consonant of the patient.These values are voice correct reference standards,as "cleft palate"patients. The study is objective and scientific,which can help to raise the effectiveness of treatment of patients, and to achieve practical application of the theory of Phonetics, which enriches Pathological Phonetics studies.
