Tanghe County is located in the east of the southern boundary of Nanyang City,Henan Province. This paper investigates the dialects of Gucheng Township and Cangtai Town in Tanghe County,in order to compare and analyze their phonetics, and explore whether there are differences and the reasons for the differences. This paper also compares the pronunciation of Tanghe dialect with the dialects of Zaoyang and Yunyang dialect, which are belong to Ebei of Huguang aera in Southwest Mandarin,in order to explore the relationship between these dialects in the transition zone and the causes for the relationshipFrom the perspective of the division of Chinese dialects, the Tanghe dialect is located on the edge of the Nanlu area in the Central Plains mandarin, which is suitable for the comprehensive comparison study of "ancient-present" and"inner-outer".After reading a lot of relevant research results of senior,we can know that the comprehensive investigation and research on the phonetics of the Tanghe dialect need to be supplemented. The comparative study is still deficient, which are regarding to the Nanlu area in the Central Plains mandarin and the Ebei of Huguang aera in Southwest Mandarin. In view of this, the paper selects Tanghe County as tha key respondents in the middle of the same radius and close to the county,in order to obtain their phonology, basic vocabulary and other synchronic phonological features; At the same time, the article uses "Guangyun" as the reference system of the Medieval ancient phonological system, make a comparation between it and Tanghe dialect,to summarize its "ancient-present”evolution rule;In addition, this article will also analyze the dialects of ancient cities and towns in Tanghe County based on survey data, related to the tonal modification of Two-word?The tonal modification of three-word?The tonal modification of Overlapping words? The Infantization of "?" in Gucheng township, etc. The dialect phonetic features of the transition zone may keep mixedness due to "contact",so this paper also investigate Cangtai Town dialect, which is in the southern part of the county and the nearest to the Zaoyang dialect belonging to Ebei of Huguang aera in Southwest Mandarin,so as to verify the specificity of this performed trait. After investigation,it can be seen that the dialects of Cangtai Town and Gucheng Township have consonant?finals tone. The reasons for these differences cannot be easily excluded from the direct influence of Zaoyang dialect or the Mandarin. It can be further determined that it is mainly due to the non-parallel evolution of internal phonetics, this is mainly because the difference between Cangtai Town Dialect and Gucheng Township Dialect is not systematic. The "two pronunciations" in the Cangtai town dialect is scattered, indicating that the Cangtai dialect is in a state of change and has the characteristics of discrete evolution. In order to further explore the relationship of the phonological features in the areas between Nanlu in the Central Plains Mandarin included Tanghe and Ebei of Huguang aera in Southwest Mandarin, and whether the current division of these dialects reasonable? This article also selects survey locations scattering aelfly, using the literature method to compare and analyze Tanghe dialect,Zaoyang dialect, and Yunyang dialect, which is far from Tanghe county but also belongs to the Ebei. The research shows that the phonetics of Tanghe dialect?Zaoyang dialect and Yunyang dialect still has their own characteristics.Although the Zaoyang and Yunyang dialect are relatively more affected by the Central Plains Mandarin, they show different phonetic characteristics that are closer to the Central Plains Mandarin dialect and farther than the Southwest Mandarin dialect, but their"Commonality " produced recently and cannot be used as a standard to re-division the dialect area,so the Tanghe dialect still belongs to Nanlu in the Central Plains Mandarin, the Zaoyang dialect and Yunyang dialect should also belong to Ebei of Huguang aera in Southwest Mandarin.
