Facing Absurd Seize The Moment

Albert Camus was one of the famous novelists and dramatists inFrance as well as he was the representative of existentialisms philosophyduring 20th century. He gave the most comprehensive and systematicexposition on the Absurd, so he was a representative figure of absurdityphilosophy. Albert Camus understood soberly the survival absurdity andadvocated bravely facing to absurd and carrying on positive resistance.Absurdity and resistance were core concepts of his absurdity philosophyand they influenced the generation after war in the west! Absurdity wasthe base and the theme of his philosophy and literature, furthermore, itwas the origin of his aesthetic theories. In this paper, I have made aconcrete and deep research on the absurdity philosophy of Albert Camusfrom the absurdity concept, the treating the absurdity manner. I elaboratedthe relations of absurd person and artist, artist and time, and so on. Finally,I elaborated Mediterranean Sea thought that was the aesthetic idea ofAlbert Camus. Based on these elaboration foundations, this paperpresented the overall style of Albert Camus' aesthetic theories.
