This article summarizes the new period in China's Higher Education of Fine Arts, on the basis of China's Higher Education of art were mixed analysis, visited China's high art education in the more prominent issues, and explore in depth in the new Higher period, China's arts education how to deal with the existing problems of its own.Since the founding of China's higher education cause rapid development of the arts, and basically formed disciplines complete, system integrity, and of sufficient size to arts education system. This paper summarizes the China Higher Art Education in the new era of vitality shown at the same time, through the investigation of China pointed out that the existing higher education art than a few outstanding problems, they concentrated expression: 1) light weight utilitarian concept of the value of art education in the field of China's Higher spread.2) Art education in colleges and universities in the humanistic spirit and were greatly ignored, light weight skills theory. 3) China Art Institute of Education and the pioneering spirit of the classic and the loss of vulgarization. In this paper a great deal of control on the basis of the fact that the root causes of these defects on the humanities and the embodiment of the spirit of the missing, neglected arts disciplines as an essence of the humanities disciplines. Neglect of arts education in the humanities cultivate the spirit of the inevitable result of its utilitarian light weight caused the value of re-light theory skills, neglect of human nature, and vulgarization, and other negative impacts.China at this stage of a gradual Higher Art Education "to discipline-based arts education theory," the impact of art education to address the College of Humanities and the spirit of the curriculum reform deletion provided theoretical guidance. Aimed at developing a sound understanding of art and artistic accomplishments, marks the traditional inheritance and development, we defined the art higher education and health and sustainable development trend.This is the art of China's higher education status and how to deal with the problems faced by the preliminary exploration, many questions had not been expanded in-depth, a lot enrich and improve the work of the future continue to be, the more in-depth exploration and research.
