| Trait emotional intelligence refers to a related mood of self-perceived personality traits related to the capacity of that individual perception,processing,mediation and application of emotional information is tendentious and self-perceived behavior of the aggregates(Petrides, Furnham,2000).Too many previous studies focused on the ability of more traditional research on emotional intelligence,the limitations of relatively high.Therefore,the author proposed trait emotional intelligence research,to build the structure of core self-evaluation,social support and school pressures,life satisfaction,and further to the pressure of events in the environment trait emotional intelligence,cognitive evaluation,the pressure of a sense of satisfaction and mission to explore the relationship between the structures.This study was designed to build the Trait emotional intelligence and its impact on the relationship between the model factors,and further pressure on the characteristics of events in the environment of emotional intelligence,cognitive evaluation,the pressure of a sense of satisfaction and mission to explore the relationship between the structures.This study is divided into two main parts,including a major study in their daily lives,testing the Trait emotional intelligence,the core self-evaluation,social support,school stress and life satisfaction between the structure model.The results show that,the revised questionnaire has good construct validity and internal consistency reliability;trait emotional intelligence can predict the pressure on campus,but also through the core self-evaluation and the campus community to support the indirect pressure prediction;Trait emotional intelligence can predict life satisfaction, can also indirectly through the core self-evaluations predict life satisfaction.And campus community to support the pressure on the life satisfaction of the prediction is not significant.Second study is to explore the Trait emotional intelligence of university students,the core self-evaluation and cognitive evaluation of the pressure,the pressure sense of satisfaction,as well as between the task structure model.The results show that Trait emotional intelligence of college students,core self-evaluation,cognitive evaluation of the pressure,the pressure of a sense of a significant,direct role in the forecast;students qualities of emotional intelligence through cognitive evaluation of the pressure,the pressure of a sense of the task significantly predict satisfaction indirectly;trait Emotional Intelligence on the task of forecasting the role of satisfaction is not significant. |
