The Paper began with The old fairy tale—The Sphinx and mainly talked about"What is the human nature?". This paper set up Max's conception of human nature, through the eastern and western traditional philosophy and Max's theories on human nature. As the creator of the contemporary philosophy, Max based on human's practical actions and analyzed what the human nature is and what the human nature ought to be instead of the previous one-sided perceptions on human nature. The main aim of this paper is to conform the human nature and the human nature in the reality and can control the human nature in the development.
