This article concerns the context of a new era of education in the humanities and the resurgence of the weakening, concerns the cause of the rapid development of early childhood education teachers under the trend of quality, attention to quality education under the concept of literary education.Early childhood exposure to literature is the earliest literary life of the child care open mind, to cultivate an immeasurable role in nature, therefore, is a qualified child care literature of early childhood teachers must possess the professional knowledge, early childhood teacher training school literature curriculum is training in child care will essential content. However, affected by many factors, the current literature teachers in schools teaching children the situation is not ideal in all aspects of the urgent need of reform and a study. Under such circumstances, to explore and find the quality of student development, teaching objectives to improve the effectiveness of teaching strategies, it appears very important.Teaching strategies in order to achieve the purpose of teaching, the completion of teaching tasks, teaching and learning activities on the basis of a clear understanding of the teaching activities of a series of regulation and control of the implementation process. It is based on a realistic understanding of teaching and learning activities and a series of measures, the quality of the structure of teachers, teaching an important part of the content. In this paper, the essential characteristics of child care literature, the normal school-based child care child care teaching literature courses, multi-angle analysis of the problem of the main factors, which are targeted at three levels from the proposed teaching strategies, and strive to educational theory and teaching practice to promote children's literature teaching reform process, to promote early childhood education to improving the quality of literature and the humanistic spirit of the highlights.
