Parenting Styles are parents'relatively stable styles of their attitudes and behaviors which are formed while rearing their children. Coping styles are concrete problem solving ways succeeding cognitive evaluation in the process of stress. Studies indicated that Parenting Styles and coping styles have an important influence on individual well-being. The study of the relationship of Parenting Styles, coping styles and implicit well-being can offer theoretic basis for studying the implicit well-being of senior middle school students. We used EMBU, CSQ and IAT to investigate the Parenting Styles, coping style and implicit well-being of 360 senior middle school students who were chosen in random, conclusions of the study were as follows:(1) Senior middle school students'parental rearing patterns had significant differences by sex and rural or urban they were from. Males suffered more from fathers'punishment, overinterference, mothers'overinterference and preference; Females suffered more from fathers' overprotection. Students from urban suffered more from mothers'punishment.(2) Senior middle school students'coping styles had significant differences by sex and rural or urban they were from. Males suffered more from solving problems. Females suffered more from avoidance and letting out grievances. Students from rural suffered more from endurance.(3) Senior middle school students'implicit well-being had significant differences by rural or urban they were from, while there was no significant sex difference.(4)Different Parenting Styles had different influence on the students'implicit well-being. The more emotional support and understanding they get from parents, the higher implicit well-being the students had. The more punishment, severity, overinterference, rejection, denial, depreciation or overprotection they suffered from their parents, the worse implicit well-being the students had.(5)Different coping styles influenced the undergraduates'implicit well-being. Students who often used positive coping styles such as solving problem had higher implicit well-being; students who often used passive coping styles such as endurance and avoidance had lower implicit well-being.(6)Parental rearing patterns had impacts on the undergraduates'coping styles. Parents'emotional support and understanding are helpful for students to form positive coping styles, parents'bad rearing patterns predictated the formation of passive coping styles.(7)Coping style had mediating effect between the parental rearing patterns and implicit well-being.
