Every student must take tests, and usually, tests bring stress onto students, and sometimes very seriously. College Entrance Examination often exerts great influence on students, because the results of this exam may determine the lives of the students. And this exam has been focused by all the society for a long time. With the competition becoming more and more fiercely, College Entrance Examination is becoming more and more stressful, and often influences students'health in a negative way. So more and more attention has been put on the health of students of senior middle school, and psychological counseling for them are becoming more and more popular.In recent years, there are many papers studying the condition of senior students'in high middle school, but most of them are peer investigation, because of all kinds of limitations. And many of these studies were taken far before the College Entrance Examination, so the results can't reflect the real condition for the students just before the Examination. Meanwhile, there are lots of foreign studies showing that psychological factors can influence the results of exams, especially, test anxiety. However, there are still few such studies in our country based on the College Entrance Examination. Based on these backgrounds, we investigated senior students in some good high middle school in one month just before the College Entrance Examination. And we conducted correlation and regression analyses to find out the relation between test anxiety and related resilience factors (including General self-efficacy, Perceived social support, Ways of Coping and Trait anxiety). Then we analyzed the relation between these psychological factors and the results of last two simulation exams just before the College Entrance Exam.There are three parts in this study. The first is to investigate the condition of the senior students in some high middle school, including anxiety and resilience factors, in order to find out the real condition for these students before the exam. And then we compared the anxiety between boys and girls. The second part is to use correlation and regression analyses to study the relation between anxiety and resilience factors. And the third part is to use correlation method to discuss influencing psychological factors for the results of the exams.We got these conclusions based on the study:(1) In the last month before the College Entrance Examination, students are in obvious anxiety for the whole, but their scores for anxiety and resilience factors varied greatly;(2) There are no significant differences between boys and girls on the scores of resilience factors, indicating that different sexes can have different influences on anxiety, and psychological counseling should be taken differently.(3) The most important psychological factor for anxiety is trait anxiety, for both boys and girls. But for boys, solving problems and seeking help can also influence anxiety; and for girls, the important factors are solving problems, blaming, and perceived social support. So psychological counseling before the College Entrance Examination should be different based on their characters;(4) For boys, the influence of psychological factors on scores of examines are not very significant, but for girls, test anxiety can have significant influence on the scores. The more anxiety, the less scores you will get. All in all, psychological counseling for senior students in high middle school should focus both personality and coping styles, combining their own situations. In that way, you can release their stress and improve their scores.
