| The dignity of teaching profession of China is an important concept in the history of Chinese thought. It belongs to the folk belief of "Sky,Land,Monarch,Relatives,Teacher". While the scientific study on this issue a lot of achievements, with limited success, the lack of depth. This article is a discussion of the initial shape of teaching profession,which is divided into four parts.One,briefly explore the historical origins of teachers during the Pre-Qin Dynasty. Second,discuss the spiritual qualities of teachers to find true spirit of teaching profession.Third,exam its formal process during the Pre-Qin Dynasty.Fourth,combined with its characteristic,recognize the spirit of current teachers.In the first part,I first explained the possibility of teachers from the witch in two angles.Then described the evolution of the process from shamans to teachers in three phases.It includes three stages in turn."King is responsible for teaching","Officer s responsible for teaching" and "the Pre-Qin Thinkers is responsible for teaching".It "King is responsible for teaching" is probably the situation of the early civilization.With the functions of professional,teaching profession evolved from the shaman, the performance of official division in the Zhou Dynasty.After the Spring and Autumn Period,thinkers taught courses. I believe that the origin of Confucianism which is the official system of education from the Western Zhou Dynasty Official,retained their witch's dance features.In the second part, we focus on ethos of teachers during the Pre-Qin Dynasty. This section is the focus of this article.We believe that there are two points,relatives ethical order and "spirit possession"moral conservation.These two points constitute the spirit of witchcraft, it is also the basic spirit of the teaching profession. After the people to observe the universe had a world view of "tiandichaxu".On this basis, they constructed social and ethical,and then developed rituals to request their own behavior.This world view has remained unchanged until modern times.On a concept of "spirit possession"moral conservation,we view the introduction of LiZehou "Tradition from Shaman to History ".Shaman who was responsible for education ritual focus on inner spiritual experience.With the history of the traditional,this feature to "respect" and "virtue".Confucian model as a teacher, the further development of the inner virtue, to create a "benevolence" and "loyalty" and other concepts.Together,relatives ethical order and "spirit possession"moral conservation are the main contents of the teaching profession.And this content can only formal through external formal to be the dignity of teaching profession of China.The third part of the study is the investigation of etiquette teachers during the Pre-Qin Dynasty.It mainly focused on the collation of the literature. The fourth part is about the reasons of traditional teaching profession loss in modern times.It is mainly due to changes in values and rituals of loss.We believe that,only to rebuild a new era of moral teaching profession difficult, the key is to rebuild the fundamental nature of social cognition. |
