Through comparing traditional way of family pension and other institutions pension, community pension model gradually demonstrates its superiority, and instantly develops..The emergence of community plays an important role in resourcing to integrate the city, strongly accelerates the process of urbanization. In the process of urbanization, community plays an active role in the community pension model, it can help explore new pension model.This article focuses on selecting Ganjingzi District Paoya street as the research object, by way of a questionnaire discussed the status of the elderly in their own needs and the current pension model community. By analysis of community situation, understanding whether community care model owns large space for development and exits which ways of problems, which problems need to deal, in order to explore scientific pressure of contemporary urban community endowment model.
