With the economic and social development, the aging problem and triggered a series of increasingly prominent pension problem. The propulsion of the democr acy modernization progress change the traditional social structure, family structure,community structures and ideology of people. The "all-dimensional" community aged care model which based on the resources of community resources and profes sional service team has becoming the major models of urban old age support in t he future.The appearance and development of community is a entirely new but effective method to combining resources which can find a solution to solve the aging problem in domestic cities. This article focusing on development paths of community aged care model know as the key projects of community services by comparing a series of the pension models.Taking Jinqiao community in Hongshan District, Wuhan City as the case research object, this paper summarizes the needs of the aged in the community and the problem faced during community aged care model’s development, and attempt to understanding the current condition of the aging problem in domestic cities, playing a role in make responding measure and improve the policy support system, and putting forward to the further perfect suggestions to improve community aged care model in city.Judging from the current situation, we have to admit, part of the elderly community endowment does solve the pension problem, reduce the burden on families and children, compared to opportunities for exchanges between the home, the elderly also increased, the elderly can enjoy a more professional care. However, in the current economic conditions, there are some difficulties in community endowment.In general, community aged care model’s implementation feasibility and practicality of a lot in Chinese society.
