At present, the scope and influence of non-governmental organizations are gradually expanding, it has become an effective way to improve the relations between the two countries, and promote economic and trade cooperation among countries with the help of non-governmental organizations. Because of the high flexibility, high efficiency and wide range of the non governmental organization, it also has more the influence to the local government to change the ways of governing and management.At the same time, as a donor country, the Chinese government, entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations are faced with new opportunities and challenges. And because in recent years, Chinese companies investing in Myanmar are often subject to local opposition and destruction, but only the official voice of China, but there is no sound NGO, making Chinese enterprises in the Myanmar at a disadvantage, then, Yunnan NGO oriented development in Myanmar become more imminent. Yunnan NGO in Myanmar can help Chinese enterprises to reduce the investment risk, to improve the image of China’s foreign investment, to increase Chinese positive publicity. And international aid NGO that through a third party to perform, far more than the government and enterprises directly to do much more effective. In addition, the country will also need to carry out advocacy activities to raise public awareness and establish the image of China as a responsible power. In this regard, the Yunnan NGO made a positive exploration.This article is based on this background to put the three main research questions:Firstly, this paper studies the development status of Yunnan NGO, and combines with the characteristics of Yunnan NGO to sum up and analyze its existing problems, and gives a in-depth analysis to Yunnan NGO from the actual situation.Secondly, in order to better conduct work in Myanmar for Yunnan NGO,this paper analysis the environment in Myanmar, the motivation of Yunnan NGO, positive impact, the problems, and points out how to promote its better development in Myanmar, social services. In addition, through a case study of Trade and economic cooperation of South East Asia and South Asia in Yunnan Province, the paper studies the cooperation projects between the Yunnan Association and Enterprise Investment Association of Myanmar, and summaries some problems and solving methods when Yunnan NGO develops in Myanmar, which can provide reference for other NGOs to participate in the public service.Finally, this paper answers the problems that the Yunnan NGO faced with Myanmar, and in order to solve these problems, it requires the joint efforts of the the government, social subjects, NGO, etc., cooperate, in order to adapt to the demand of Yunnan NGO, we should create a good environment for Yunnan NGO to develop. In a word, the paper points out the specific countermeasures for Yunnan NGO to develop in Myanmar.As the continuous improvement of market economy, the changing of government functions, the development of civil society, the role of NGO becomes increasingly clear, we should take an active construction type and perfect type of measures to promote the development of NGO, and give full role of the unique advantages that Yunnan NGO plays when companies carry out the projects and solve related problems in Myanmar, and make up disadvantages of the government and the market, but also should draw extensively on international NGO’s experience, expand the flexibility and innovation of Yunnan NGO, explore the countermeasures to solve public problems for national development in Myanmar, Sum up experience and promote them, thereby facilitating Yunnan NGO to have healthy development in Myanmar.
