The South Korean Government Economic Policy Adjustments And Its Implications For China

The economic policy is a concrete reflect of a country to undertake its effective intervention of the country. To ensure the steady and consistent increasing of the national economy, besides the gradually completed market system, the government will have to undertake the timely and proper adjustment to the economic policies. In this article, from the practice of the speedy development of Korean economy after 1960s, the author researched the advantages and disadvantages of Korean government抯 economic policy adjustment, then to provided the beneficial suggestions to the development of our country抯 market economy. With the research center of Korean government抯 economic policy adjustment paths in different development stages, the author analyzed the ways of economy intervention of government, and expressed the opinion to the right and wrong of the economic adjustment policies. In section one, the author advanced out the general theoretical base of the government抯 economy intervention, defined the Korean government抯 influence in the development of national economy, and expressed the flJ relations between the government intervention and economic policy adjustment. In section two and section three, the author explained his retrospect and analysis of Korean government抯 economic policy adjustment in different stages. With the boundary of Northeast Asia Financial Crisis period, the author reviewed the economic policy adjustment and its results, provided the successful experiences and lessens of Korean government抯 economic policy adjustment. The forth section is the inspiration to our country the logic relations among the four sections are: The first section made a theoretical preparation for the analysis in the second and third section, the analysis in the second and the third section provided the foundation to the inspiration in the firth section. The central view in this article is: In the starting period of a developing country, it is necessary for a country to undertake its intervention to the economy. With the gradual development of economy, with the vary of various elements, the strength, ways of government intervention will vary according to it, the economic polices must be rationally adjusted. The development of a country抯 economy needs the organic combination of the proper government adjustment to the economy and the market regulars.
