The Public Policy Cycle Adjustment

In the Theoretical Study of Public Policy,the public policy cycle adjustment is an very important part,and in the public policy process is so that,and to make public policies more optimized, more democratic, more scientific and reasonable. The impact of the external objective environment and man’s own limited understanding of the reasons, the development of public policy itself out of existence in some part or defect is not reasonable, and in the implementation of the policy process, with the external objective environment Changes, the final part of these unreasonable or defects further amplification, a final deviation from the intended target, when the need for timely adjustment of public policies to improve inadequate to address the unreasonable.Thus, public policy cycle adjustment in itself a repair tool is in error on the previous execution of that part of public policy make reasonable amendments and improvements, and makes further enhance its legitimacy, and can continue, in order to further safeguard social stability and unity. In the paper, used the temporary provisions of Haikou city investment and home buyers for household register, and its adjustment through,to discuss the theory of public policy cycle adjustment,and pointed out that some of the problems and deficiencies is in public policy cycle adjustment, and summarizing the experiences and lessons learned, to promote achieve the goals.
