On The Military Leases

Military lease is a special form of lease. It has been existed for a long time. With the foundation of market economy system, the clearness of different article' s property right, the establishment of fair bargaining, these changes have brought great influence on the supply of goods in the peace and the mobilization of resource. The form of free and compel requisition in the traditional situation has lagged the requirement of the times development. The costly consumption of modern war and the shortage of military expenditure formed the clear contrast, the only way to solve the contradiction is to break a new channel and path, military lease is the one of ways. The most feature of military lease is that it can get the use of some goods with the low cost, which can solve the problem of the resource shortage. It is clear that military lease is significant in solving the problem of our army' s resource shortage in collocation.The research results analyze from theory and practice. The article begins with defining the military lease and dividing the types, then research the military lease' s management and decision-making on applying the economic and mathematical ways. Based on the research of military lease theory, this paper has analyzed the possibility and necessary of practicing military lease in preparing for the future war, and brings forward some constructive suggests.
