According to the promise as an official member of WTO. we will allow foreign companies to enter into Chinese construction market and provide them with national treatment within three years. How thousands of construction enterprises in domestic gain the chances and take advantage of the limited time to rebuild the companies and make innovation during the period full of opportunities and challenges is what we should think over now.As for small-medium sized construction enterprises, China's WTO entry has pushed them into more serious market competition. In order to make alive and achieve wider space for development, they must cultivate core ability of competition. They should have a new principle of management, which involves special operation and coordination competition.
