Currently, the absolute quantity of the domestic mobile consumer in China is the primacy of the world and it presents the complexion that several mobile companies, such as China mobile and China Unicom, compete and coexist. But the price is still the main competition and sales' means because the competition level and strength are low. The core competition strength is still weak.By analyses and study of certain mobile communication corporation, this paper intends to discuss in the present posture of complicated competition of the domestic mobile communication market, how to seize the key of value chain and find the key points which affects the corporation's development after analyses and research for competition structure of communication industry and currently mobile market and communication products of Jiangsu province by using data of market research and the academic analytical method of SWOT and value chain etc. On this base, it also intends to definitude the basal direction for setting the corporation strategy and to find the fit and continually development way for the mobile communication corporation.
