As one of the basic forms of social organization, non-governmental organizations (NGOs, which also be called non-profit organizations) first appeared in the 17th century, and developed as an internationally main social force in the last two decades of last century. Currently, non-governmental organizations have been playing a more and more important role in the international economic relations.
