| Ⅰ. Background and Significance of the thesis:Economic globalization and trade liberalization has become the irreversible developing trend of international economy. The tariff barrier in international trade has been reduced dramatically. By contrast,the antidumping is regarded as the trade protective measure asserted and permitted by World Trade Organization (WTO).Therefore, the antidumping is being adopted by various countries frequently and becoming the new main obstacle of the international trades. With the increasing of global antidumping cases, the conflict between the antidumping and the answer of antidumping appears extremely outstanding.China has already been the 143rd member of WTO at the end of 2001. However,this can not free "Products Made in China "from the antidumping claims for a long time. On the contrary,the antidumping lawsuits are not decreasing but increasing after China's entry into the WTO.Antidumping cases have been constantly perplexing domestic enterprises constantly since China's entry into the WTO two years ago. The main trading nations are more concentrating on utilizing the antidumping to limit the export of our country than before. At present China has already become a country which suffers from antidumping most in the world. Thereby,it is and will be extremely significant both in theory and in reality for Chinese scholars to study how to answer the accusation of antidumping.By studying the serious situations of international antidumping which Chinese enterprises face,and also by studying the reasons of the antidumping and results the antidumping leads to the thesis suggests that the native corporations should be active to antidumping. According to the Chinese realities,this thesis gives advice on how to reform Chinese trade and business associations so that they can serve for the native enterprises to respond to the antidumping effectively.Ⅱ Train of thoughts and Research methodsFirst,a large number of data and cases are used in this article so as to set forth the current trade situations with which the native enterprises are faced and conclude the reasons of these situations. Second,economic theories are also used to analyze the effects of antidumping taxes .Third,the thesis makes use of game theory to set up a game matrix of accusation of antidumping between foreign producers and native enterprises. Based on the analyzing this matrix,this article not only argues that a positive attitude must be held by Chinese producers who are accused of dumping, but also deduces the most effective and cost-lowest way to answer the antidumping in a collective way. Finally,the essay points out the right goals and direction to the Chinese trade and business associations' development by combining the above discussions with the experiences of developed countries.Historical and comparative measures as well as induce and deduce means are employed to make the thesis more practical and universal. Meanwhile,the sources and citations adopted are up-to-date.
