Nowadays , insurance industry has become main part of social guarantee system, its healthy development concerns not only smooth running of our country's economic reform but also future development of our country's economy. While transition phase of economic reform, the gap of the richness and poorness, the mental imbalance of social groups are the epoch characteristic of insurance industry, the literae spirit facing the vicissitudes of social structure, fierce competition come from foreign industry company etc, all these are production relationship's changes resulted from the changes of productivity. We must look for new solutions that matches these two aspects. Of course, this is a imminence question that faces with a series of insurance company like Ping'an.Seeing from the point of global management practices, the core competitiveness of insurance company includes the factors of management, technique, system etc. but we must consider about the special industry backgrounds, culture, tradition and their management practices, this article use the inside human resource management of Ping'an as case, combining with the restructure of literae spirit, theory of corporate culture, benchmarking theory, the special characters of insurance operation. Finally, compared with some mature foreign practices of HRM such as career development plan, KPI performance evaluation, stimulation mechanism, importation of international professionals etc, this article gives out analyses. Then it uses them as analysing frame, gives out Ping'an's workable measures. Among them, ping'an corporate culture, discriminative stimulation to the management employee, guarantee mechanism to the first-line employee are some micro-index, while enforcement execution and learning organization are some macro-index of HRM.As to the research methods, this article exerts qualitative-quantitative , theory-practice analyzing skills, statistic data etc. then analyzes and discusses how to contribute to insurance business within the inside factors of labour-force from the point of HRM in the insurance company, and gives out the competitive methods of HRM. This paper's author, as an employee in Ping'an insurance company, owns some valuable questions .and I will keep the characters of utility and innovation, do some valuable exploration for our country's insurance enterprise.Insurance industry, as an important part of our country's social guarantee system, will become a crucial industry which solves un-employment problems and improves operating effect of economy, so how to make our insurance industry more healthy is a long-range matters. Lucky enough, some methods mentioned in this article has been put into practiceand receive good effects, this make the employee in insurance company more stable, more enterprising, make the insurance company work more smoothly. So it enjoy high reputation and practicing value.
