Since China joined WTO, Chinese auto industry welcomes the unprecedented opportunity for development. The automobile market starts in an all-round way. The output finishes the program three years ahead of the plan during the 'State's Tenth Five-Year Plan Period. The output of 2003 has already reached 4,400,000. The fast development of the auto industry cannot do without the strong support of the industry of the spare part. In recent years, with the development of Chinese auto industry, the spare part industry of the automobile has been developed fast too. The market competition is fierce day by day. The competition between enterprises has no longer only focused on the short-term competition and it developed into the long-line competition. Nowadays the market no longer lays particular emphasis on the competition victory or defeat at a certain stage, a kind of products, and focus on the tactics, such as systematic products, price, selling, popularizing, etc., Complements which is in order to make a reservation clear brand tactics, to accumulate and to cultivate the lasting market advantages. The focus of the competition is by the key elements of marketing, such as products characteristic, quality, services, characteristics, etc. The company focuses on deeply expanding the efficiency of management gradually. The enterprise's integration capabilities, such as efficiency , organizing, the adaptability to changes, enterprise's formulation and implementation efficiency, etc. in he basis of company's kinds of resources.This thesis proceeded from basic principle of strategic management, has analyzed current situations of the development, trends of the automobile spare part industry of our country. It also analyzed economic scale, profit ability, the competition advantages and weaknesses Lishi weiye Limited company by looking into its inferior elements, such as productivity, research and development ability, management level, product structure, etc.. The country policy, economic situation, social culture, technological situation these external factors are also analyzed is to find out the chances and threats the company faces. On this basis, the development strategy and the competitive strategy are set down and the thesis also forwards the implementing methods.
