The paper is about how the Group Company formulates its development strategy, how it carries out and controls its strategy target after China's entry into WTO and facing opportunity and challenges so that the Group can win in the domestic home and abroad markets.The paper firstly elaborates the theory of enterprise strategy target which it includes enterprise strategy target's concept, content and characteristics, the environment analysis of industry and competition. It puts emphasis on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with the methods of SWOT and AHP on the basis of the actual conditions of Yunnan's tin industry. Analysis the company's outer environment and inter conditions so that the company's strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats can be known, using AHP method of analysis to evaluate the company's strategy target so that the proportion of every key element and the order of carrying out the strategy are got. In the end, the paper puts forward the law and policy guarantees relating with the related state and locality policy and the company own circumstances.In a word, the paper drafts of the company's strategy target complying with the development of the market economy by analyzing company's outer environment and inter conditions.
