Public servant is acting as an important role in the society, who takes the responsibility in public administration, economic leverage and public services. The public servant appraisal system is highly related with the public servant team build-up and administration efficiency, which is a widely focused by countries and our society. In China, the government has succeeded in establishing the framework of the public servant appraisal system. Compared with some advanced experiences and methodologies of some developed countries, however, the system still needs a lot of improving. This objective of writing this paper is to provide some valuable blue- prints for the public servant appraisal system.The author summarized some adoptable theories and methodologies in history and from the successful practice of some other countries, which could be references for our government. And then proposed a series of feasible practices on the in-depth thinking of system defects to solve the problem. At last, the result of the research has been used for analysing a case. |
