Industrial Engineering (ab. IE) has been exploited as a technology filed since Taylor's time study. The main reason for IE's huge effects lies in creating new technology continuously, shorting the material-transform time or new product's developing cycle, reducing cost etc. in order to increase productivity, profit and competitiveness. During the past one hundred years, the manufacture of the developed countries, such as America, Germany, Japan etc, increase its profit and enhance its competitiveness by the support of industrialization and IE. To this day, they also use them as the base technologies of international competition. In our country, IE subject is still in its beginning stage and the requirement of the concepts, methods and tools of IE is urgent and scarce in the workplace. The study of the principle, procedure, applicable situation and integrated application platform of the IE methods will provide methodology and theoretic support for manufacturing utilization.In terms of the IE development in China, applied methods of fundamental IE and integrated application platform will be set forth separately in two segments.The first part ,four kinds of applied methods of fundamental IE be discussed emphatically : quantitative methods ,ergonomics, work measurements, and decision & analyze methods .The principle procedure and the applicable situation of all kinds of the methods be described ,The problem-resolving procedure with IE technology and the applicable methods during individual procedure be proposed .And also ,this paper put forward the system's functions ,framework and parameter feature.The second part, the methods and technology applied during the system realization are introduced, and then the system running examples are showed. Considering numerous data recorder and chart generation, a csharp method for interacting with the application using excel sheet instead of database be brought forward on the .NET platform. Also, a method generating crystal report dynamically is developed.The system integrates four kinds of IE applied methods. It can provide methodological direct and application platform for IEs, IE instructors and enterprise administrators. Work intensity with traditional methods will be lightened, applied barrier will be simplified, the IE extensive application in manufacture will be drived, in the end,the informational engineering in manaufacturing will be facilitated.
