Real Estate Project Management Maturity Assessment Model

Research on Project Management Maturity model for Real Estate has been becoming an important subject. Real Estate enterprises are typical project-driven companies, so project management is very critical to Real Estate enterprises. Evaluating the Real Estate Project Management Maturity of Real Estate enterprises, understanding the weakness and the strengths existed in Real Estate Project Management, planning improvement for promoting the level of project management and strengthening the competitive ability of Real Estate enterprises are practical and urgent problems that have needed to be dealing with.Studies on evaluating the Real Estate Project Management Maturity is provided in this dissertation, based on current theories about Real Estate Project Management and the results of other researches on project management maturity model both in domestic and outside, the index system of evaluating the real estate project management maturity is founded and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is introduced in the model.To begin with, a literature review is given to the research regarding the project management maturity model. It discovers that those methods aren't suitable to applying in real estate enterprises in our country after comparing the current project management maturity models.Secondly, with combinations of Empirical Study and Theoretical Study, of Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis, the influent factors of real estate project management maturity are analyzed and an index system of evaluating Real Estate project management maturity is founded.At last, considering the comprehensive and fuzzy characteristic in evaluating Real Estate project management maturity, Fuzzy Comprehensive Theory is introduced to evaluate it, adding scientific ingredient to the evaluation and a case is given to test the feasibility of the model produced in this paper.
