Human resources management refers to that reach goal of organization assess the demand for the human resources , find suitable personnel is it meet the demand to come , is it offer appropriate incentive mechanism and working environment to pass, make every employee give play to the greatest potentiality. ——Wal-Mart, Stepping the body in ranks of 500 tops of the whole world, changes the principle that the company chooses the right person into " keeping here, grow up, get" from " get , keep here, growing up". It has reflected the company pays more attention to training from existing staff, chooses outstanding talents, in order to let the staff keep the best working state. ——Intel company requires the staff to change the work in certain proportion every year, let the organization of Intel keep a kind of flow regime, this is unable to survive in the company if can't make. Just because there are a group of managers with strong such adaptive capacity , this company could be in leading position in the keen competition day by day. ——Lucent Technologies(China) implements the system of planning of development of the careers of staff.After a new employee enters the company, the line manager certainly carries on deep talk with him, propose staff want goal that reach future , set up one roll system of development. Those who has talents, the correct method with development and managerial talent, accumulate the practical experience innovated constantly, who can become the outstanding one in the same trade, can be in leading position in the fierce market competition day by day. The management system of the personnel of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is set up on the basis of traditional planned economy, which can be called traditional personnel management as to modern human resources management. In recent years, though the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has carried out some beneficial tries in advancing the reform of personnel management , but because the complexity , sensitiveness and limiting by domestic and foreign environment of this question, the goal of the reform does not reach yet, some profound problems existing for a long time have not been well solved so far。 The fund , information and talent are three major key elements of the modern commercial bank management , the concept of the human capital has already been rooted in the hearts of the people .
