The Execution Of Contemporary China's Administrative Supervision System

The article, applying the theory and the method of analysis of the public administration, taking the administrative supervision system, which is a zoological system, as a cut-in point, through the analytical structure of the interaction of different elements and the environment of the executive power of the administrative supervision system, and from the angle of the management of the execution of the administrative supervision, analyzes the present executive power of our country. The author of this article thinks that the executive power referring to the degree of the implementation of the effectiveness of the administrative supervision system, which includes: the lowness of the supervision cost, the highness of the efficiency of the administrative supervision and the comparison of the satisfaction caused by the effect of the supervision, thus is the comparison of the cost of personnel, wealth and material, with the input and output of the opportunity. The structural element consists of the organization of the administrative supervision, and its strategy, the executive action of the principal part of the supervision, and the control of the administrative supervision. It is a zoological chain of a recycling, and it possesses the characters of validity, limit, and flexibility. The executive power is not only favorable to the development of the national politics, economy and culture, but also will help the government to improve the administrative capacity, and will help the party to improve the political capacity, provide a guarantee to fight against the corruption and to maintain the advancing character. The author also analyzes the present situation of the executive power of the Chinese administrative supervision, and tries to research onthe measures and thoughts on improving the Chinese characterized administrative supervision system from its execution under the present basic system.
