China's Private Entrepreneurs Politics Involved In The Study

The private entrepreneurs have developed with the transformation of China's society and reform. They rise as a new social stratum and made great contributions in China's economic, political, cultural and social development. With the status adjustments of private economy in China's socio-economic structure, the private entrepreneurs which is the representatives of the private economy, began to enter China's democratic and political life and recognized in the country's political arena. Therefore, strengthening the research of the political participation of private entrepreneurs has a great significance to the development of socio-economic, the politics and the stratum of private entrepreneurs.The first chapter of this paper started with the concept of private entrepreneurs, then describeed the difficult process of the emergence and development of private entrepreneurs and analyzed their opmestic effects in enhancing social productivity and economic development, expanding employment, advancing social stability, which leads to self-political aspirations. The article analyzed the second chapter from the concept and menas of political participation, and pointed out the positive effects of political participation by private entrepreneurs so as to provide a theoretical support. The article focused on the anlysis in the means, the problems and constraints of political participation. In general, the political participation of China's private entrepreneurs is positive, useful, but there are still some problems, such as low levels of participation, sluggish channels for participation, the involvement of non-institutionalized, the imbalances participation of internal and external, even participate in some areas over its issues. Meanwhile, the article from both objective and subjective analyzed the factors of the economic, political systems, political culture, the theories of participation, and the recognition of other stratum and the social capital, the gender, age, education of private entrepreneurs. Part IV of this article, based on the anlysis of the former parts, look forward to finding ways to improve the participation of China's private entrepreneurs with arouseing enthusiasm of political participation, broadening political participation channels, increase political participation ability, regulating the behavior of political participation.
