Research On The Orderly Political Participation Of Private Entrepreneurs In China In The Period Of Social Transformation

Since the reform and opening up, China is a comprehensive social transition, political, economic and cultural changes are unprecedented in varying degrees occurred. China is socialist country which has Chinese characteristics. It is different to the socialist mode which is well conceived by Marx and Engels. It is also different from the socialist mode in the period of the Stalin.so Chinese social transformation is the dual social unique transformation. This thesis research background is mainly refers to China reform and opening-up meanwhile the comprehensive social transformation. It is established and improved of the socialist market economic, that greatly changed our original industry structure, distribution structure of system, made the original "two classes and one stratum" not exist, the social structure was huge changed, appeared a new social class. A new social class called private entrepreneurs is accompanied by the social, economic and culture comprehensive transition. It is a part of the new growing up social class. The private entrepreneurs is a force cannot be ignored to promote Chinese politics, economic, cultural and social development, it is not only the builders of the China characteristics socialist, but also a part of harmonious society in China and the construction of political civilization.Political participation of owners of private enterprises is an important part of citizen’s political participation, but also Chinese construction of a harmonious society and political civilization. But due to the construction of the existing political system is not imperfect, class features factors peculiar to the participation in short supply and the class limitation, the owners of private enterprises in the political participation shows all sorts of limitation. From a practical point of view, the political participation of owners of private enterprises on this one problem, irresponsible some scholars and some media without screening reports, to some extent misleading audience, confuse people’s field of vision, resulting in social values confusion and discord between the social class. In the class on how to guide the orderly political, built for our harmonious society and realize the dream of China do what little one can to help, this thesis tries to explain author’s own views.This thesis includes introduction, text, and the conclusion, the main text is composed by three chapters. The first chapter is the definition and interpretation of concepts related to the research questions, the political participation and orderly political participation is the background of this thesis, the related theory is analyzed, makes a new definition on the private enterprises and private entrepreneurs of the core concept, background and development process in this class are analyzed.The second chapter is the core part of this thesis, is on the current phase of the stratum of private enterprise owners of political participation in the social transformation analysis. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first on the political participation of the private entrepreneurs condition analysis and motivation perspective; second is the analysis of the characteristics and the political participation of private entrepreneurs, especially the analysis of the system of political participation way, it analyses its causes and forms; third is to analysis the main political participation process and development trend of private enterprises, their participation in the process took about outside the system of the wandering stage, disordered limited participation to the development stage and orderly participation to stage the orderly expansion of the three stage; fourth is the analysis of the difficulties and its causes of the political participation of private entrepreneurs.The third chapter is on the political participation of owners of private enterprises to choose the path analysis, starting from the macro and micro two aspects, based on the selection of system construction, cultural construction, organization construction and self-construction aspects, master class political participation proposes counter-measures and suggestions on how to regulate the private enterprise.
