Soft And Hard Weapons Of Destruction And Coordinated Operations Of The Integrated Decision-making

This paper is from National natural fund "The intelligent flexible decision of integrated weapon/warfare of airplane based on hiberarchy", which objective is that facing the whole battle space of air, aether and earth , establish the intelligent flexible decision of integrated weapon/warfare of airplane based on hiberarchy. This paper surrounding this subject, study the integrative decision of the coordination of hardkill and softkill of one-plane to multi-target. Starting from the interaction between different weapons used at the same time, three coordination techniques are presented: Central Coordinator, Hardkill Agent as a Coordinator and Partial Global Planning(PGP), then the question is what we use to coordinate softkill and hardkill weapons, which is coordination rule, which is optimized general efficiency in this paper. Because of limitation of weapons, it is different of efficiency for plane to face many targets. So the problem will to be searching the optimum position in which the general efficiency is biggest. The first two chapters are preparation. We elaborate three softkill weapons: suppress-jamming, deceive-jamming, chaff-jamming, and we modeling 6-dof of attack region for missile and give calculation. At the end, we compare fighting efficiency of hardkill, softkill and both under two fighting mode through simulation, then we get a feasible integrative decision of coordination fighting of softkill and hardkill.
