Rural Dispute Resolution Mechanisms And Countermeasures

China is in a period of social transition, social conflicts and disputes are in surge. The rural settlement of the dispute mechanism has been increasingly concerned. In this thesis, taking a country in eastern Zhejiang Province as the perspective, made a more comprehensive study of the dispute settlement mechanism on the eastern Zhejiang Province coastal rural areas. On the basis of the analysis of the status quo, features, and the reasons for the problem, the thesis puts forward a comprehensive countermeasures, and enriches the dispute resolution mechanism from the requirement of rule of law.
