Personalized Service Model Grid-based Management Of E-government

Because of the development of social informationization, public require the government services to be more meticulous, accurate and quick. In the purpose of providing a better government service to the public, the governments from many countries have spent hard effort on the e-government individuation service. However, the effect of it is not satisfying since the e-government individuation service has been developed for many years. The reasons are: the distribution of e-government individuation services is not correct; the channel of the e-government individuation services is lack of variety; the content classification of e-government individuation services is not proper; the analysis of public's needs is lack of dynamic. After the analysis of these reasons, a grid-based management method has been introduced to the e-government individuation services.Grid is a new important information technology in the world these years. The functionality of grid is to aggregate the information, data storage and process ability on the network. Grid technology can make the resources on the network integrate together as an organic integer. It can provide more powerful usage than any other single super computer and make the information become highly integrated and shared. From the management point of view, the managed objects are divided to some grid-based cell based on some standard, by using modern information technology and the cooperation among these grid cells, each grid cell is able to accomplish information exchange as well as sharing the whole resources of the organization. With this new method, the management can be more effective and every resources of the system can be integrated together.By combining the e-government individuation service and grid-based accurate, multi channels and methods services together, a kind of government service mode has been constructed in this paper based on the public, channels and service content fractionizing. With the research of this, not only the management theory of our country's e-government service can be developed, but also give some new thought to the individuation service management of our country's e-government construction. The grid-based individuation service management mode to the public that has been introduced here can give some advices and solutions to make each government department of all levels to carry the e-government individuation service into execution. It can also contribute to the construction of service oriented government of China.
