The Living Conditions Of The Primary Female Civil Servants And Policy Support

With continuous improvement on the civil service exam system, a large number of highly qualified women have joined the civil service, and they are playing an important role in the service and administrative institution. However, the society always have double expectations on career women:the women who with limited time and energy always suffer the dual pressures from the work and family.This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey and case interview on hundreds of grassroots female civil servants who come from the Ningxiang country。In this way, this study reflects the current living conditions of grassroots female civil servants, from "work pressure", "job satisfaction,"" job burnout, "" body health "," mental health "," Family Life "to " Children education ", etc. This study also analyse the problems and causes, and come up with some support policies. Therefore, it provides a basic reference for grassroots female civil servants'health and administrative efficiency improvement.
