Class is the most fundamental, the most important, and the core part of school education. And it also has a direct, overall influences on the students. Meanwhile, it is also a special place where the moral education is fully displayed. Thus, ethics problems should be paid more attention to in class management in primary school. Then, which kind of management should we adopt, simple suppressing them or guiding them by using demorcratic management? The stage of being primary student is one when the purest interpersonal relationship occurs. Therefore, we must grasp the critical phase to develop their ethics viewpoint and make them realize and keep the purity and innocence. The true, the good and the beautiful are the highest virtue that people pursue. Namely, they mean one's free development---self-actualization and self-perfection. The target and the achievement of ethics management are both to make a man of good nature. The class management ethics in primary school has already existed since the class education came into being. But up to now, it is a pity that few researches have been done. This thesis aims to analyse the defect and crisis inside the class management ethics in primary school on the basis of giving enough affirmation to it. Furthermore, the thesis also discusses the cause of the defect and thereafter offers some practicable solutions. It is certain that it can make the management ethics enriched and further developed.This paper includes four parts. The first and the second one introduce the theorectical basis of class management ethics in primary school. Part three and four analyse the problems in ethics management and the reason. Furthermore, specific solutions and suggestions are also offered in this part. The methods adopted in this thesis are as follows: documentary study, interviews, questionaire. After the collection and analysis, the author summarizes some basic concepts and problems, then finds the way to realize the class management ethics in primary school.The detailed content of each part are arranged as following:Part One emphasizes on the problems to be studied and the reason why the author chooses this topic. The status of the research at home and abroad are also illustrated.Part Two is the theoretical basis of ethics management in primary class. This part shows that the study of management ethics in primary class can be realized after the connotation of the management ethics in primary school gets fully elaborated. Part Three contains the explanation of the problems existing in present class management ethics in primary school and the analysis of the reason. This chapter describes the problems and phenomenon appearing in classes which are not applied with management ethics so as to show the necessity and essentiality of studying class management ethics in primary school. The author gives account of the reason for the lack of management ethics from three aspects: some negative influences from society, family and the school.In Part Four, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions according to the relative theories mentioned in other parts and then draws a conclusion that only by introducing ethics into the class management and applying humanistic approach in class management can a harmonious, democratic class where every pupil can grow up to be a person of good nature appear.
