Current social order in rural areas is causing more and more academic attention. By the long field observation and depth interviews to obtain information in Camp villages, using a typical event as the starting point of disputes, and with analysis of "event-process "and "extended case method", the author revealed the original and dynamic development of the various disputes in the villages above events. Then the author presents the various logic of action in dispute events truly, which is how to practice in special field.In this thesis, we try to use the local concept of "Qi " to analyze and dispute the event unifying. "Qi"'s sense and manipulation played a vital role in dispute events. "Qi" encompasses the meaning of people's lives in village society. In dispute events, the parties'"memory book" is opened, from the "Having Qi "to" Releasing Qi "in the process of "Mediate Qi". They seek to the action resources to achieve its maximum of own interests and "face". About how to "Mediate Qi", the author puts forward to the action resources framework. The amount and the strength of action resources directly or indirectly determined the results of the mediation of disputes.As disputes is the accelerator of the from acquaintance society to unfamiliar society, the expansion of disputes, modification and the elite of the village society has a close relationship, or even determined the nature of the elite nature of disputes. Village dispute is not single, from the perspective of a large space considerations, more of a group of state were dispute in which the memory of the villagers'book are constantly are updated and revised. In Camp village, when the parties'action logic and resolved is still rooted in tradition, Camp village is still a reasonable society. The maintenance of order is laid by the customary law, which is according to the daily life of villager's experiences and feelings summed up in a reasonable way to adjust the system of relationships.Facing to rapid changes in the village society, where is the practice of path of the order?
