For Since the origin of the industrialized Western society, the rapid pace around theworld to promote, at the same time, with the industrialization of labor disputes have come intoincreasing trend. Labor relations for the industrialization and urbanization have only juststarted speaking in modern China, and its importance is undoubtedly at the head of varioussocial relations of production. Whether it is for a country’s economic development, or for thegrowth of an enterprise in terms of its labor relations have always had quite a significantimpact. Therefore, to promote the development of economy and society, we must properlyhandle labor disputes, and eliminate labor disputes shall rely on careful handling system toimprove labor-management disputes.Evolution of labor dispute settlement system can besaid to be a microcosm of the history of modern China’s social development.Labour disputesettlement system plays an important role in dealing with labor disputes, protection of laborinterests, stable production order, and so on.After the Nanjing national government was established, to stabilize the political order,the Kuomintang labor movement has undergone great changes in policy by the Revolution ofthe labor movement to encourage, support, use, control and pacify becoming, and vigorouslypromote harmonious labor relations. In the decade between1927-1936, the Nanjing NationalGovernment to legislate social thought Three Principles as a guide to harmonious laborrelations as the main line, formulated and promulgated a series of labor laws.
