This paper selects three areas, mental health, food and nutrition, sports study(or three areas for short)of Physical Education and Health Curriculum, setting up learning experiences in every areas in order to develop middle school students’ resilience ability, making connections ability and making choice ability. New curriculum standard is divided into four areas namely sports participation, sports skills, physical health, psychological health and social adaptation. The paper basis on this division, merge the sports participation and sports skills into sports study, considering the middle school students need a healthy diet and nutrition, and to learn from foreign advanced sports teaching experience, innovative use food and nutrition to show the important of the health of students, so setting the field of food and nutrition.PE class should not only develop the students’ sound health and master sports skills, but also to growth all kinds of ability of students. In consideration the ability of students need to learn and practice are lot, writer consider from the view of their physiological, psychological, social and health development, at the same time take account of their age, individual cognition is different and many other actual situations, meanwhile reading a large number of scholars’ articles and valuable New Zea land teaching materials, according to the requirement of the new curriculum. Writer believe that in the current setting of sports curriculum, except through sports to develop students’ physical and exercise ability, we must focus on the development of students’ good resilience and cooperation ability, establishing a good relationship with the outside world, and the ability of making rational choices. These are also our teachers need to let the students develop in sports education, it is the three abilities of resilience, make connections and making choice, and develop this three abilities in three areas respectively.This paper, using the method of literature, expert interview and comparative analysis method for writing, setting learning experiences in class creatively.Experiential learning is a learner-centered method,through hands on science and rethink to grt knowledge skills and attitudes.this method is not only let the students get new knowledge and new power,but also take care or the learning experence and rethink,to get the experence of ascensiom in practical. So let students through these ways to study and training the three abilities by themselves like group discussion, select teaching materials, design teaching activities, summarize the experiences and so on. Behind these learning experiences, there are corresponding teaching goals to test the learning outcomes. In order to make these learning experiences becoming a truly teaching goal for our middle school physical education, offering a creatively teaching model for teachers. At the same time, all of these could develop the three abilities, wealth all the aspects of students, remedy the shortages of teaching, harmonize the teacher relationship, active sports class, in order to achieve the education target, cultivate all-round development of people.
