School sports is the basis of comprehensively promote quality education, whilethe physical education reform has made a certain progress, but owing to lack ofunderstanding of the concept of education, physical education reform hasn’t done tooperfect. Exam-oriented education concept is still deep into the heart, the school inorder to meet the parents expectations of children’s entrance still spare no effort topursue graduation rates, the weight of the literacy class are still growing, Primaryschool students in academic and psychological burden increasingly worse. Ofentrance pressure and part of the teacher is "learning sports activities influenceculture" cognitive factors such as restriction, the present state of students’ physiquelevel drops is no obvious improvement. According to the above situation, in this paper,through a series of arithmetic class sports games teaching experiment, study theathletic ability of students, mathematics, physical education learning interest, interestin math study a positive role in promoting.This article USES the literature material method, logic method, experimentalmethod, questionnaire survey and other research methods, research the arithmeticclass sports game’s influence on the elementary arithmetic ability and movementability. Research combined with the basic idea of "multiple intelligence theory todevelop a new physical education or physical activity patterns, to join in the sportsgame set helps to improve mathematics related means, mobilize the students’ interest.By adopting the means of exercise intervention, make the movement ability ofstudents to improve at the same time, the arithmetic can also be improved.The results showed as follows:1, The arithmetic class sports games teaching mode to meet the needs ofstudents’ physical and mental development, arithmetic and athletic ability of students.2, Arithmetic class sports game teaching can not only improve students’ physicaleducation learning motivation, and help to promote students to master sports skills.3, Arithmetic class sports games teaching plays a positive role in improving thestudents’ interest in mathematics.Second, to the student the answer rate measurementresults show that the arithmetic class sports games teaching intervention, the experimental class students proficiency of arithmetic is better than that in comparativeclasses students.
