Shanghai is the most economically developed cities in China, the urban construction has made remarkable achievements. Shanghai as a huge sucker, attracting more than960million floating people. The huge number people migrant into the city for urban development has made great contributions, it is beyond doubt, but also have brought some new problems, such as housing, transport, environment, health, safety, etc., these newly generated the problem is that the city manager can not be avoided, these problems to the city administration proposed new requirements. However, with the acceleration of urbanization, villages and renovation campaign is also increasingly being agenda, suburban and rural land is urbanized engulfed the wheels rolling, the original inhabitants of their land by the construction of houses in the homestead and rental to increase revenue, it also gives the foreign population in the urban fringe gathering provides the space, plus the combined effect of institutional factors and market factors and other aspects, resulting in " villages" formation. Although the existence of these villages, especially rationality, but its emergence and development, not only brought a lot of social problems, but also directly affect the image of Shanghai as an international metropolis. Especially in recent years, the success of the Shanghai World Expo, the city homeopathic accelerate the pace of construction and transformation of villages, strive to practice the "Better City, Better Life " theme, but the Urban Village is dirty and messy, this image is the significant departure from the theme which gives the city of Shanghai, the future construction of proposed new requirements.The demolition and reconstruction of Urban villages is one of the primary means of urban construction and renewal in recent years, which also caused the attention of many scholars, voluminous research. But as the foreign population living in villages, their own interests are often ignored by the city manager or developer. This is part of the group that the city ignored the demolition and reconstruction of the foreign population groups, some scholars have put them as a " fourth-party groups." This article is in the context of rapid urbanization, and social support theory perspective, attempts to explore the impact of foreign population relocation of villages, as well as the foreign population in the demolition process is how to choose the action that they choose to act in the What social support received, and these social support for their actions but also choose what kind of impact.
